When to sip your H20 for maximum digestion. Do you get BLOATED?

Here is a wee tip. It’s all about timing. Opt for drinking your water 30mins before your meal and 1 hour afterwards.

WHY? Downing water or other liquids during meals may dilute your digestive enzymes, slowing down the digestion process and potentially leading to BLOATING!

So hydrate before meals, have a wee sip afterwards to rinse your mouth, then wait an hour before you hydrate again. DON”T FORGET TO CHEW WELL.
