To collect your sample, cut a small amount of hair (approximately ½ to 1 teaspoon) from the back of your head, as close to the scalp as possible. If you have dyed hair, please cut from the area where your natural color is visible this will be close to the scalp.

If you don’t have head hair, you can use body hair or nail clippings instead—clip 4-6 nails.

Place the hair or nail samples in a paper envelope. You can send both types of samples if you’d like. After purchasing your selected test, you will receive a detailed email with instructions.
